This technology allows for the generation of data exports from the software into files with various structures and formats, tailored to the specific requirements of users. The new feature enhances the possibilities for customizing data exports from the hotel software to different external accounting, warehouse, or other reporting systems. A new menu has been added for working with the new technology: Menu Operations → Exports → User Exports. Each export is unique and is built according to pre-defined parameters for filtering, content, and file structure, with the export tailored to individual user requests.
• Additional capabilities have been created for using the Microinvest User Reports technology, with the Crystal Reports format now available for generating reports. This addition expands the possibilities for customizing a variety of user report designs. The creation of such reports follows a standard technology for generating reports using an XSD schema.
• A new report titled "Payments by Nationality" has been added. It can be found under Menu Reports → Report Manager → Payments by Nationality. The report reflects all guest payments categorized by their nationality and provides accountability for revenue from both local and foreign guests over a selected period, based on room types used and payment methods.
• Optimization has been made to the naming of all reports in the hotel software, aiming to improve usability. These adjustments can be seen under Menu Reports and its submenu Report Manager.
• A new setting, "Quick Room Checkout with a 100% Paid Bill" has been added and can be activated from Menu Settings → General. This feature minimizes the number of clicks required for the "Checkout" operation on a fully paid room bill. If the total room bill has been prepaid and the outstanding amount is zero, the room checkout can be completed with a single "Checkout" button click, without directing to the payments section.
• The driver for working with fiscal devices from various manufacturers has been updated.

Enhanced Integration Between Restaurant and Hotel Systems
This update introduces a new algorithm for sending and receiving bills between restaurants and hotels. These enhancements build upon the existing communication between reception and the restaurant, providing more options for individual analysis and control. New features have been developed for more detailed tracking and reporting of bill movements between hotel and restaurant software solutions.
Key Improvements:
• Microinvest Warehouse Pro: A new partner type has been added to differentiate rooms from standard partner data - in the Partners menu - Additional data - Type - "Tourist". All rooms that are created in this menu and to which consumption bills will be sent must be marked with this type when establishing communication between the two systems.
• Microinvest Warehouse Pro Light Restaurant: New support functions have been created to improve the workflow for operators when sending bills to hotel rooms. The program restricts operator actions for sending a bill to a hotel room if the specified partner is not of the "Tourist" type. If guests do not declare the payment method for the bill in advance, an option has been created when closing the bill to transfer it to a room while preserving all discounts made in the restaurant.
• Microinvest Hotel Pro: It has the ability to receive bills from different bases and restaurant objects. The reception program can receive detailed information about the specific object from which the bill is sent - Restaurant, Lobby bar, Summer bar, Pool, Spa bar, etc.
• Individual Bill Line Display: The ability to individually display the bill line from the restaurant in the hotel software has been added, differentiating the consumptions from the different points of sale, so that the consumption from the restaurant, the consumption from the pool, etc. are displayed in the room as follows: Consumption + Hotel Pro Name + Warehouse Pro Object Name + date and time of consumption.
• Automatic Payment Processing: When paying a hotel room bill in Microinvest Hotel Pro, which also contains restaurant consumptions, the hotel software automatically pays the existing sale in the warehouse software database. The unpaid room bill automatically becomes paid with a payment type (other payment type 1), which can be set for each customer with an individual name (e.g.: paid at the hotel; reception payment, etc.). This automatically closes the outstanding transactions in the restaurant that will be paid by the guests at the reception.
Additional Enhancements:
• Issue Invoice on Room Payment: The ability to issue an invoice when paying a room directly from the Occupancy Schedule has been added. A setting has been added in the Other menu -> Settings -> General - "Print Invoice when paying a room". This setting unlocks the ability to issue an invoice when guests are accommodated directly in a room and the bill is paid upon arrival.
• Preferred Document Type Selection: The ability to select the preferred type of document(s) when paying a room bill has been added to the Other menu -> Settings -> General - "Document type when paying a room". This function allows you to select a document type or combination of documents when paying a room in the "Payment" window. This function reduces the possibility of operator errors. Possible options are:
o Fiscal receipt
o Invoice
o Invoice with fiscal receipt
o Receipt
o Receipt with fiscal receipt
• New "Note" Field in Operations: A new text field has been added, which can be used for internal notes between reception operators, comments for maids, connection to the restaurant, contacts and guest requirements. The field has been added to operations: reservation, accommodation, group reservation.
• Channel Manager Optimization: Communication and data retrieval for guests has been improved, and the type of guest - adult or child - has been differentiated when a reservation is made with the same name for different age groups of guests.
• Group Accommodation Operations Speed Optimization: Improvements have been made to the module's speed when creating, editing, paying and canceling group operations with a large number of rooms in them. The speed and data visualization in the module have been increased.
• Guest Self-Check-In Terminal Integration: A new technology for creating reports - Microinvest User Reports (MUR) - has been built and implemented in the program. This added technology allows users to create reports and statements tailored to their needs, increases the ability to customize reports, and reduces the time it takes to create new reports and documents. A new menu for working with the new technology has been added: Reports menu -> Report Manager. In accordance with this new function, 6 new reports have been added to the software:
• Board and Lodging Report: Two new columns have been added to this report: "Package" and "Note", as well as new filters for searching for data by tourist package in the operation.
• Turnover Report: This report accounts for all payments with and without VAT amounts in two columns, differentiating between revenue for overnight stays, services, board and lodging, meals and a summary. It also reports on the calculation of absorbed and new advance payments for a selected period by dates and times, objects or payment method.
• Advance Payments Report: This report accounts for all newly received advance payments, all absorbed advance payments used to pay for overnight stays or services, and all remaining unused advance payments for rooms, guests and reservations. It includes individual deposits for individual rooms, as well as group prepayments for more than one room or group.
• Discounts Report: This report provides information on each discount from the price of overnight stays or services. It visualizes the discounts made in % or value from the standard price of overnight stays according to the price list, which operator performed the action, what the discounted value was, what the price was before and after the discount, and everything can be tracked by date and time.
• Services Charged by Date of Use Report: This report provides information on all previously, currently and future charged overnight stays and services by the date of their use and their price. With its help, an analysis of the planned financial condition for a future period can be made, the expected receipts from made reservations can be made, and a comparison can be made for previous periods by tracking the revenue from the same months in the previous and future periods. The types of identical room types and services are summarized, providing a total number of their charges and a total charged value.
• Summary Board and Lodging Report: This report provides summarized information on the type and number of charged overnight stays with the use of a tourist package, respectively summarized data on breakfast, lunch and dinner. The report contains information on the number of all guests with a declared package for use, as well as all guests without a pre-declared meal package. The report is applicable when planning resources in the restaurant, as it reflects the pre-ordered meals, the number of guests on free consumption and the total number of guests accommodated in the facility during the selected period.

3.Channel Manager, allowing synchronization of prices and room availability across all major online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Arendoo, Agoda, Hotels.com, and over 50 other online marketing channels. This tool eliminates errors caused by duplicated reservations by continuously synchronizing room availability from the hotel software to the different channels in real time.
• Data exchange between hotel software and online reservation platforms.
1.The main "Occupancy Schedule" screen now includes an "Online Reservations" button, where information about all online notifications for new reservations from various sources (hotel website or channel manager) is received.
2.The button has a visual indication when new reservations arrive, facilitating the daily work of operators and ensuring that no reservations are missed.
3.Opening the notification window displays all newly received reservations, including guest information, room details, and dates.
4.Double-clicking on a reservation notification opens the "Channel Manager Connection" window, providing detailed information about the reservation source, dates, number of nights, guest details, number and type of rooms in the reservation, and associated payments.
5.By using the "Reservation" button, the operator can assign a specific reservation to a specific room number. The hotel software automatically loads all reservation data and suggests available rooms of the reserved type.
6.When an incoming reservation has a pre-registered payment through the reservation platforms, the paid amount and payment type are visualized in the hotel software, allowing tracking of payments, advance deposits, and issuing necessary fiscal documents.
• Added the ability to send a bill for services used in the SPA module and Event module to a room number.
• The SPA schedule and Events schedule now include options for reserving a premise, date, and time by right-clicking on a specific cell in the schedule. There is also an option to block a time interval and prevent reservation for a service.

•All payments for the used services in the spa schedule and external events schedule are visualized in the financial reports with the room number, date, and time of the payment.
•The ability to move occupied rooms has been added. Now you can change the room number and the duration of the stay for an already occupied room with guests in the Occupancy schedule. Guest data such as names, number of nights, and additional requirements are preserved during the room move. Advance payments, if any, will be transferred along with the rest of the information.
•Room movement can be done during guest check-in before the operation is recorded or after guests are already checked-in and have a stay.

1. Attribute price rule– Select Edit menu - Pricing rules - Attribute. This price rule allows to apply discounts for special customers - discounts for VIP guests, for frequent guests, to add exceptions and other conditions;

3. Tourist package – Edit menu - Pricing rules -Tourist package. It allows to set the price only for rooms with a certain tour package. For example, during a certain period, for all rooms with All inclusive package should be applied a 10% discount.
4. Tour operator price rule – Edit menu - Price rules - Tour operator. Added possibility to change prices and conditions by period when working with tour operators and travel agencies. If a fixed price list is created for the tour operator, the price rule allows to change the conditions by defining such a price rule while maintaining the basic price list for the tour operator;
5. Possibility to combine several price rules by using "and/or” condition, which establishes under what conditions one or more price rules should be applied.
• Created new functionality "Graphical report”. The generated visual graphical reports provide a quick overview of real-time information in several areas:
1. Arriving graphical report.
2. Departing graphical report.
3. Payments for the day graphical report.
4. Occupied/Available rooms graphical report.
5. Housekeeping graphical report - statistics on the number of rooms by type of cleaning, number of rooms for full and partial cleaning how many of them have already been cleaned. The report is dynamic and it is updated when the cleaning status is checked from the occupancy plan or from the "Hotessa" mobile application.
• Added possibility of automatic creation and restoring of database archive in the program. The program automatically creates a backup copy of the database when updating the software version, creates security when working with several properties.
• Optimized payment module. Technological optimizations were made for prepayment, partial payment for days and services, group payment for several rooms, combined payment, payment at manually set prices for a specific room, etc. In connection with technological changes in room rates, optimizations were also carried out in reports reflecting financial results;

• Created housekeeping mobile application "Hotessa". The application is compatible with Android devices and it can be downloaded from Google Play. Hotessa is a mobile extention of Microinvest Hotel Pro hotel management software. Configuring mobile application settings:
1. In the „Settings“ menu of Microinvest Hotel Pro software, an "Application configuration" tab has been added, in which the IP address required for the mobile application start-up is displayed;
2. In Edit meni → Administration → Users. It is necessary to enter data for all mobile application users. Users, created in this category are considered login data in the application;
3. To launch the application, it is necessary to enter the IP, user and password;
4. On application main screen, a list with rooms assigned for cleaning is displayed. Refresh and sort buttons are available;
5. The rooms are sorted by floors, corresponding to the sorting in Microinvest Hotel software;
6. The information about cleaning status is automatically synchronized;
7. Room cleaning status: For total cleaning – Red, For partial cleaning – Yellow.
• Added new report “Events report”. The report reflects data on the rental schedule of all premises in the property, conference halls, business halls, lounges, restaurants, etc. The report allows you to track all events at the hotel at different times of the year, month or day. There is an opportunity to prepare a detailed analysis of the busiest premises, the most preferred conference hall, income from renting halls, companies and partners who rent a hall for events in different periods of the year, etc.
• Addes new report “SPA services report. The report reflects data on all services provided according to the schedule. The report allows tracking of the best-selling service, the busiest employee, the occupancy of the premises, etc. Contains data on:
- Date, start and end time of using the service;
- Type and name of the services used;
- Employee;
- Room number and type, if the client is a hotel guest or a visitor;
- Amount;
- Notes.
• Optimized "Financial report" by adding another section for all group payments in order to track group payments for more than one room, deposit / prepayment, which is valid for the whole group of rooms, offsetting prepayments, etc. This part of the report is visible only if there are group operations in the property.
• Optimized “Total payments report” by adding grout payments and group prepayments. By filtering by date, time and type of payment, all amounts for the day or a specific time interval can be easily tracked.

• The functionality of the Price Rules module has been extended by adding two new price rules - Period and Day of the week in the Edit → Price Rules menu. The availability of these rules allows flexible pricing, forming a greater variety of discounts, special prices for holidays, periods of the year or week, defining higher or lower prices depending on the workload of the hotel, etc.
- Price rule "Period" allows to select an interval From date - To date and to set conditions for applying the price of nights in this interval; to increase or decrease the standard set price from Price lists; to add exceptions to the application of the rule;
- Price rule "Day of the week" - allows defining different prices for specific days of the week, weekend, weekdays, etc.; setting discounts for one or several days of the week; changing the price in the direction of increase or discount; exceptions to the rule;
- The newly created pricing rules provide users with possibility to automatically calculate room rates for different periods, applying room rates to the set criteria for days with pricing rules and room rates from the Price Lists menu for the remaining days of the stay. If, when adding a booking/accommodation, they fall within the criteria of one of the created rules, the price or discount of the rule is applied as soon as the transaction is created and is visible to users in the Price Rules column of each room night row.
• Added Localization by country. The following new features have been added:
1. A country selection field has been added at the beginning of the software installation. The selected country determines the VAT rates and currency that will be in used after the software installation;
2. In menu Other → Settings → Basic a field Country has been added;
3. Two new functionalities have been added in menu Edit → Administration: VAT groups and Currencies;
4. There are two sections available in the VAT Groups menu: Added/Edit of VAT groups and VAT rates on room types. Here you can edit VAT rate percentages, names, preferred rate order to work in all main screens: operations, documents, reports; VAT rates on room types - allows you to change the VAT rate of all types of room types if it is legally different from the standard country-specific rate;
5. The Currency menu is used to set the description, ISO currency code, currency abbreviation and currency rate;

The content is reflected in the Text field in the Send by E-mail section, in case of a failed entry additional fields are unlocked for SMTP Host, STMP Port and Username; Password section for viewing documents sent by E-mail - includes a setting Use password for viewing, which unlocks the Password and Repeat password fields;
2. Sending from noreply@microinvest.net - when we do not have Emails entered in the Online Services tab or the Emails entered are not correct, when sending reports/documents, noreplay@microinvest.net is assumed as the sender Email.
3. A visual and functional optimization has been made in the Result Processing section when displaying the printed form of all types of documents:
- added buttons for exporting documents and reports in Word, Excel and PDF format;
- a new Send by E-mail button has been added. Opens the Send by E-mail section with recipient data, subject and file name, signature of the message;
- E-mail field - automatically filled. For documents: Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Receipt, etc., fill in the e-mail address of the partner entered in its data, menu Edit → Partners → Basic data. For queries, fill in the E-mail address of the company given in the menu Edit → Administration → My Company → Information in English → Groupbox Address field;
- Subject field - automatically filled. Contains the name of the document/report and the period for which it is displayed. The field is editable;
- File field - contains the file name. The field is editable;
- Text field - displays the entered content in the Signature Template field, Online Services section, menu Other → Settings → Online Services. The field is editable;
- Added messages in the Help Panel section related to sending reports via E-mail;
4. Added new functionality for sending reports via E-mail in the tab Result processing in all reports from the menu "Reports", Address cards and Booking confirmation.
5. Send from Sendera.bg (System for electronic exchange and classification of documents). The use of the module requires a pre-registration to Sendera from the Sendera login data section - Microinvest online services; Added possibility to automatically create a connection/login to Sendera - entering the username and password with which the user has registered in Sendera. The entered E-mail data is used when sending documents and reports as the sender's E-mail data – valid for Bulgaria;
• Added functionality to Move Reservation. Provided possibility to move a reservation by changing the room number and reservation period of an already created and entered reservation in the Occupancy Schedule. Advance payments can be added to the created transaction and will be "moved" along with all guest details, guest names, number of nights, additional requirements. The relocation is performed under the following conditions:
1. Added a new menu in Edit → Administration → Move Policy. You need to specify one of the following options: Prices are kept when moving to other room/Prices are recalculated when moving to another room. This determines whether to keep the conditions or apply another price, according to the type of the new room;
2. The move is executed by right-clicking on a cell with Reservation - Edit - change the room number from the Room Number field;
3. The move is performed by highlighting with the left mouse button on an existing/already entered reservation, dragging the mouse in the Occupancy Schedule and placing the operation in the desired new cell.
4. Reservations can be moved for other dates in the same room or for the same dates but in a different room type or room number.

1. Added new functionality for individual accommodation (suitable for shared accommodation in any kind of accommodation facilities – hotels, motels, hostels, cottages, guest houses, etc.):
• Added new button in Reservation/ Accommodation window to define type of operation – “Room” or “Person”;
• Added option to define price lists and packages per Person and individual discounts;
• Added possibility to track the individual accounts of each of the guests in the room, to calculate the prepayments and due amounts in accordance with the attached price list or discount for an individual guest;
• Added possibility to enter additional services per person (massage, spa center etc.);
• Added possibility to check out guests accommodated in one room separately and split invoices;
• A change has been made in the visual and informative part of “Add services and payments" screen, in operations of the newly created functionality for individual accommodation. There is an option to add discounts, services, advance payments, payments - full or partial to a selected and marked guest;
